Bank VGC $500 for December spending..

Me too，这个offer有点鸡肋，不如LZ的好。。。其实我挺不喜欢商家搞这种歧视
promotion，有的人有好offer，有的人给差offer，有的干脆什么也没有，难道它真认
为这样就促使用户更喜欢它了么？
