有个ebay活动家，经常在ebay倒卖东西。有一天他收到了一个包裹，还以为是买家退货
呢，就拿回到自己卧室。他一边打开包裹，一边和站在门口的自己的母亲聊天。这时候
一声巨响，几丈之外他母亲被炸成重伤。原来那个包裹是个炸弹。
警方开始介入这位ebay活动家被杀案，发现这个人在ebay上名声不好。于是从他的买家
入手，终于找到凶手。

工作7个月被炒了鱿鱼。这么长的时间简历上也不能空着，而且这段工作时间做的事情
还蛮有帮助的。
面试官问的时候我怎么解释呢？我知道底线是不能说前老板的坏话。

大顺产10天了,一直晨昏颠倒的伺候着小公主,拖到现在才来给大家汇报.
高龄二产，24日的预产期,18日早有spotting,无宫缩，看医生发现开了4指，被要求留
院。中午12点入院，悠哉游哉的去吃了一顿饱饱的午饭，2点上监控器。
4点开到6指，还是没有宫缩感觉，人工破羊水催产。45分钟后开始感觉不规则宫缩，6
点医生才来，开到9指，宫缩疼得有点受不住。没用epidual,没用iv的麻醉，最后关头
给要求打了个止痛药stadol，把痛感从10降低到9，不痛的时候就昏昏欲睡，很奇怪的
感觉。
6点半过后开始准备push，5，6次下来bb的头只出来一半我老人家就没力气了，后悔这
次孕后期没有坚持锻炼，使不出劲来。我一直以为生老二会容易，哪知道和老大一样的
难。逼着医生给我侧切，最后人不得不给我切，证明我的感觉是对的。切后一个push
bb就出来了，缝了一针，2度撕裂。
虽然感觉push了很久，但护士告诉我其实只有10分钟，难怪产后我没有生老大的时候虚
脱的感觉。BB一切健康，爱婆伽指数9，7磅5oz，20英寸长，一头

原来的工作是3年的合同，只做了7个月就被炒了。我当然有理由叫屈，但是不能是前老
板的坏话，不然谁还敢雇佣我。
说intern的话，说不过去。Intern怎么会费那么大的劲从国外招过来？而且我之前都有
很多工作经历了，不可能做intern。

Accumulate RP.
First, you'd better get the confirmation and agreement from the previous
employer. Both of you should have the same story. You may be asked to sign a
background check form which will list the reason why you left your last
employer. The future company would like to contact your previous employer.
They just need a contact email. Based on one of my friends experiences, you
can get one email of the previous company's HR, not necessarily your
previous boss. And the HR typically and have no reason to reveal why you
left previous company. You can use that email in your background check form.
The previous company would help you as long as you didn't commit a crime
there. : )
After get the agreement from previous company, the safiest reason would be
the family reason. OR, you want to change a city, switch to different
interest... blah blah

No worry. HR will only reveal start/end date and job title. You can make
your own reason for leaving (e.g., more challenging, life/work balance).

我不相信他们会这样说。
因为这样说就是阻止我找到新工作。我都可以告他们了。
他们何必找这个麻烦。

有的确实会问前雇主是否eligible for rehire. 前HR也只能如实回答,如果是mis-
conduct之类的,只能看你运气了. HR如实回答没什么好怕你告的.

没有misconduct。他们自动给我6+月的的工资，想想我在那里也就工作了7个月。
我没有做错事情。而且做了很好的工作，工作了每周70多个小时。

frankly speaking, ppl who got downsized usually hv their own issues as well,
at least they didn't do well enough to become important. very few smaller
firms will bring laid off ppl back. bigger firm might, it's case by case.
