I am pregnant for 13 weeks. Today we just got the first trimester screening
test result. The risk for Down Syndrome is 1 in 270. Should I do
aminocentesis test? The miscarriage risk for this test is ususally around 1
in 200 to 300. I am 36 years old and had a miscarriage last year at 8 weeks.
The NT test and blood test results are good, but combining my age factor,
the risk ratio is greatly increased.How do you think? Any input will be
greatly appreciated.

1/200, 300是以前的概率, 那时没有B超直接插针的
现在的是1/1000(我OB说的), 而且有B 超看着
我两周前做的,没什么问题.
那个血检的结论对35岁以上是不准了的. 做把, 给自己一个放心

my doctor told me that amnio is 100% safe in his office. that 1 in 200 to
300 risk is 20 years ago.

关键还是看HM想不想要你，想要你都不是问题，不想要你就会拿这个做借口拒你。
1年的确少了点，怎么解释HM都会认为是被公司请走的。

You can further have a second-trimester blood test (so called quad screen test,
to test AFP , hCG , Estriol, and Inhibin-A) around 15-20w and decide then.
Probably you can have your blood test at week15,
and the result usually comes out within one week. Then you will get another
evaluation result combining the first trimester result.
Based on that, you still have plenty of time to decide whether to
have the amniocentesis test.

我也做了，就是肚皮一阵阵发紧。现在有经验的医生做的话一般风险很低吧，就如3楼
说的，有B超帮忙定位呢。
虽然我们双方家族基本都没有什么意外情况，但考虑到年龄因素我还是选择做，连血检
都直接跳过。给大家一个安心嘛~~~

我好几次没有超过1年，这不是还在接着跳
我觉得每次面试官问我为什么跳槽我久觉得好奇怪，当然是不喜欢现在公司所以跳槽了
还要假惺惺的所你们公司技术好，有挑战性，巴拉巴拉夸对方一番，恶心我自己都要吐
