payroll没有给我发1042-S，说是弄错了。于是W-2上面的gross income是没减去5k的收
入，tax withheld也是按照总数收的。payroll那边说即使没有1042-S也可以claim
treaty，但是看到版上有人却1042-S却被打回来了。到底需不需要1042-S来用treaty
20c？还是只要8833就够了？

如果没有1042s,就填8843或者8833,关键看你什么身份了

现在只是买了一点gld. 不管涨落， 就当买一点保险。 但是gld是纸的，
也不十分保险。

if it is indeed the case that commodity is bottoming here and Dollar is

had some doubt on the genuineness of the stamp and returned it. The stamp
looked fine, except that I didn't see any ink leakage on the back, which is
commonly seen for the real one. Since I didn't have any genuine ones at hand
for comparison, I returned it.

the global economy is not pushing up (imploding). the euro problem
apparently just starts. even a bull market is not topping so easily, don't
mention a bear market.
the dollar tops here @ 80? no, that is against the major interests of major
capitalist families. even against european capital's interest.
i do agree after 6~12 months, gold may be worthy investing again.

没逃税不用怕，你合理claim treaty，IRS不会不认的
不然IRS设计出8833做啥。。。就是给你claim treaty的，关键是你要证明你qualify去
claim这个treaty

不需要自己弄8833
cintax自己弄出来1040nr的schedule OI，treaty information放在那里面
然后还有8843声明non-resident
这些就够了
