以前是有点不接受这样的事情的，只要被上级批评了，就觉得郁闷，甚至想辞职，只要
被批评一次，就想辞职一次，是不是有点太敏感了，或者太在乎了。
现在在职场上打拼了多年，算是总结出来了，其实也没什么，不能太在意或者想的太多
了，也不是说稍微一批评，就马上要走人的节奏，没有这么夸张的。
批评之后，应该会有进步，这种进步是对工作本身的改进，还有自我的修炼，只要这样
一点点的提高，用不了多久，真的可以跳槽了，就当做是进步和提高的契机吧。
我以前的公司，boss很爱批评人的，并且每次都是当着大家的面，不管批评谁都不给面
子，都是大庭广众之下，就开始沉着脸，很不高兴，所以每次见到boss阴沉着脸，进了
办公室的门，很多人都是提心吊胆的，不知道这又要骂谁了。
并且在电话里也会骂，甚至还冤枉人，这一点很多人受不了，真要是有错，说就可以了
，但是冤枉人肯定大家心里很委屈，但是你还不能太过于去跟boss较真，这样就叫人真
的不想干下去了，我之前辞职也是因为这样的， boss太能冤枉了，并且对待员工的态
度也不公平。
被批评一次，就想辞职一次，是不是有点太敏感了，或者太在乎了。

your order was accepted and put on backorder - will try to fill.
