1st time buy motherboard at Newegg? I bought several, it's always
not sealed, both box and plastic bag.
But the bag should be overall smooth, no sign of folding in the plane
and minimal foldings at the four corners.

so ... this means it could be sealed or not sealed,
no need to worry about it much.
