公司新近换了律师,貌似不太懂. 我的一个印度同事07年递交了485 EB2, 去年回国结了
婚,老婆H2过来后, 旧律师就给他写了个Status Amending Memo到移民局, 过不久移民
局还面试了他一把. 我跟他情况基本一样,同一时间递的485. 后来接的婚, 可新换的律
师说不到排期到的那一天不做任何动作. 我就糊涂了, 到底需不需要也递交一个memo阿
?
