今年七月开始在bay area 的一家小biotech公司工作，除了工资没有任何benefits, 也
没有带薪假期，老板和大
部分员工都是中国人，最近老板似乎有意给升职了，不知道以后会不会有好的走向。可
就在同时，one Harvard
affiliated cancer institute 给了一个lab supervisor 的offer, 工资比现在多了
7000刀／年，还有很好的
benefits。可是呆惯了湾区，不知道会不会不习惯Boston, 还有搬家实在很麻烦（现在
住house)，家里人也很不
想搬。
其实由于不太满意现在工作的小公司，一直在找其他的工作，可是在bay area一个也没
找到（since this July),
现在纠结的是接着找呢，(也不知道何时能找到！）还是干脆 move to Boston, 主要感
觉拒绝这个offer还是很可
惜的。想听听大家的意见。谢了...

假如我从Chicago换工作到Atlanta
我的绿卡申请材料会不会需要转移的提交的中心？我现在在NSC。
如果需要转移提交center，对绿卡有影响吗？比如需要更久的时间？反正485得今年10
月再开始。

If you are single, does not matter too much. (But I can't imagine how to
live comfortably in America without benefits especially health and all kinds
of other insurances).
Apparently, if you are married, your family relies on your spouse. (income
and benefits). If so, this will depend on your spouse's situation.

in that case i think moving is better. benefits are also important to ur

我的titan 有拼音很好用，lumia也一定有吧。
setting->keyboard Chinese simplified bopomofo。

A better way is to find an similar offer from San Diego. There are a lot of
bitech companies in that area.

You buy a router and mount under it.
You push the piece over it (kind of like a table saw)

If you prefer stability, the Boston one is a much better choice. Your child
will get over it pretty soon.

搬！孩子没法负这种决策的责任，如果选错了还是你的责任，将来长大了才能商量
boston也是个好地方。

I live in Boston area, there are a lot of biotech companies here. I don't
know bay area that much. But if you try for a while and still can't find one
, you probably should move to boston.

boston是个烂地方，真的很烂。生活质量肯定下降很多，其他的需要自己权衡了。
