如果是空房子，他们包括open house的时候的家具么？是需要自己出钱，还是agent负
责这些钱啊？
有这样租家具的公司么？从来没弄过，所以问问过来人意见，谢谢。不知道卖房子的

I bought a new GMC Sierra and returned to the dealer yesterday because I
couldn't get the radio to work. The salesman explained that the radio was
voice activated.
'Nelson,' the salesman said to the radio.
The radio replied, 'Ricky or Willie?'
'Willie!' he continued and 'On The Road Again' came from the speakers.
Then he said, 'Ray Charles!', and in an instant ' Georgia On My Mind'
replaced Willie Nelson.
I drove away happy, and for the next few days, every time I'd say, '
Beethoven,' I'd get beautiful classical music, and if I said 'Beatles', I'
d get one of their awesome songs.
Yesterday, some guy ran a red light and nearly creamed my new truck, but I
swerved in time to avoid him.
I yelled, 'Ass Hole!'
Immediately the radio responded with, "Ladies and gentlemen, the president
of the United States ..."
Damn, I love this truck ......

agent 不会给你出那个钱的做梦啊.
包括,你卖掉了收钱,你半年不能换人,反复告诉你卖房的关键是降价.

你是问staging吧？一般是你出钱。几百到几千不等。卖房的关键是定价。

4g信号不行的地方 IP电话效果不行。我用4g试着打过几次Skype 效果不好
