请问各位上诉过的前辈，从递送上诉材料到转到AAO 大约是多久呀？
2月份有个I-140的上诉案邮到NSC， 10个月后，今天收到转案到AAO的通知，今年4月份
由于有更好的材料，又递交了一份EB1A的I-140申请，如今4月的I-140 在10月份递交补
料后，一直在等，是不是第二个140也要拒了呀！有没有有经验的XDJM，或者各位同胞
，可以帮忙分析分析吗？

I have no idea.
But supposedly they should be independent from each other.

谢谢你的回复，听说上诉案一般移民局3个月后，就会转案到AAO，一直没转，我还以
为是不是并案了，所以才觉得，是不是第二个也？！？！？！
你听说移民局是个案处理的吗？可以详细说说吗？

Independent processing is theoretically so, that's why people can submit
multiple applications. I can't say anything further than that.
I understand your anxiety, but I don't see any base of that; also, there's
nothing much you can do right now. So just relax, and wait to see.
Here's a legendary case of multiple applications, and I hope it makes you
smile and feel better.

谢谢你的回复，看了你给的链接，真的觉得申请绿卡真是考验人的耐性、才能！
我的申请过程其实也挺崎岖的，经历了2个律师，最后一次的补充材料基本都是自己做
的，如果真的能在这九死一生的申请大河中侥幸捞到梦寐以求的绿卡，一定上来也写一
篇史上无三的申请经历！
