My buyer agent does not know much about house. He lives far from the area
we want to buy house, so he does not know much about the pricing/conditions
of house in that area. We did not have good experience working with him. I
want to change agent, but not sure if I should tell him that we do not need
his service any more before we find another agent. Also since he has been
working with us for a while, I feel sorry that he will not get a penny if we
change agent.
Any suggestions on how to handle it?

If your agent can't provide a good service, it's totally fine to change him/
her. I always tell my clients, if they are not satisfied with my service,
just go find another agent.

fios router接的是coax, DSL是RJ11, 两个完全不同的东西，当然不能

你太依赖AGENT，
房子状况，价格多少这是你自己要做的功课，而且AGENT说的，你也不能全信。
所以AGENT能耐心的带你看房子，不管你给的啥OFFER，都给你递OFFER，就很不错了。
LOYALTY是第一考虑的因素，如果AGENT还符合这个标准，我觉得，换个AGENT，也不一
定就更好。

您对agent要求到不高啊. 做您的agent算是lucky了.
不过如果一个agent对房子状况和价格都不能确定, 那真得不能算是一个敬业的agent.

要是想换的话还是早换,我们也是一直心软,觉得人家带着看了那么多房子,没好意思换.
后来挺后悔的
