about estimated settlement charges:
Does escrow account insurance charge cover Homeowner's insurance charge(
this charge is for the insurance you must buy for property to protect from a
loss, such as fire)?
is Government recording charges on cost of refi?
在锁利率之前，贷款方没有说有 homeowner insurance 和government recording 费用，在锁了利率之后，收到package里GFE多出来将近$3000 的费用。只是想问问这里的大侠费用合理吗？

一个朋友从上海带了一台回来，9吋的，分辨率只有1024，但也是用IPS的屏，四核心
我玩了一下觉得反应很快，不比ipad4差，一查原来内存有2G，重点是价格很便宜，可
以买Nexus7两台了

很多zero closing fee的lender，都免去recording fee.
insurance一般总是要自己买的。

I have to buy fire insurance separately?

government recording fee是啥时候都有的，银行要求township备案这个loan，确保其
1st lien的地位。政府收钱从不含糊，按需要备案的总纸张数收费。
escrow insurance也是比较普遍的做法。对于买房来说，borrower需要purchase一个符
合银行规定的homeowner insurance并且paid in full，在escrow账户里会要求有2个月
的insurance deposit。如果是refi，escrow多少个月的insurance要看现在的保险还有
多久要renew了。
不过，这两项加起来多了$3000比较惊人。。。所谓Harzard insurance对于SFH就是
homeowner insurance，对于condo，就是master insurance。一般银行只是对dwelling
coverage又要求，没觉得分成Harzard， flood， earthquake，fire...这么细。LZ再
打听一下吧。。。
