问我们的realtor/律师怎么会发生这种事。他们说可能那个顶棚比较矮的bedroom原来
是bonus room。现在的住户把楼下的bath room加了一个淋浴，给那个bonus room加了
一个衣橱。但是没有跟市里报备
问题是，如果building inspector说是 4 bedrooms+ 3 bath，是不是我们进去以后房
产税会上涨？
如果building inspector说是 3 bedrooms+ 3 bath，我们该怎么办？买房子的时候搞
价都是按 4 bedrooms+ 3 bath搞的。要是4 bedroom的钱买了个3bedroom，住倒是问题
不大，将来要是卖的时候怎么办？不是亏死了？
合同上只说明是哪栋建筑，没有任何地方说是4 bedrooms，是不是也没办法无损失退出

留着吧，碰上一些不懂行的小秘按照文件要你的hard copy的ssn你就头痛了
上次我H1B renewal，小秘照着I9 form的要求向我要我的ssn hard copy。
我问了学校center of international education的人说其实要的是护照+新的I94就行
，我转发邮件给系里小秘，系里小秘不认，一口咬死要ssn hard copy。于是翻箱倒柜
找了2-3天才找出来。小秘把文件复印上交，结果那边说要的是护照+I94，小秘再回头
找我要，我当时气得吐血。

就是烦这个。要是被逼着拆，变成真正的3 bedroom, 就根本不是我要的房子了。我当
初找来找去就是找4bedroom，结果弄这么个玩意

我也觉得碎纸机了得了，那么大一张纸，太占地方了。我还有几张一刀的纸币，也是好
几年没花了，一直在屋里占地方，现在进门连脚都没地方放了，是不是也碎纸机了得了？

又看了一遍合同，合同里没有说房子是4bedroom 还是3 bedroom
当时只考虑了房子可能有什么违反code的地方，如果有，卖方要负责修好。
现在，如果卖方把房子改回到3 bedroom，他是没有violation了。我怎么办？
Prior to closing, Purchasers shall have the opportunity to obtain a search
to confirm that there exist Certificate of Occupancy or certificates of
Compliance covering all improvements on the premises or, in lieu thereof, a
letter from the Building Department certifying that the structures were
built prior to the requirement for such Certificate of Occupancy, and that
currently and at the time of closing the premises shall not be in violation
of any zoning ordinance, rules or regulations of any agency or authority
having jurisdiction over the subject premises. The Seller further agrees to
perform and be solely responsible for code compliance and/or repairs that
may be required by the municipality in connection with the issuance of the
Certificate of Occupancy or to cure a violation, provide that such cost to
comply, repair and cure do not exceed $2,000.00 in the aggregate. If such
cost exceed that aggregate amount, seller mat elect (a) to make such repair
or (b) select to terminate this contract and return the deposit to Purchaser
.
