Hello bruce,
We recently notified you that one of your buyers filed a chargeback with
their credit card company on a transaction in which you previously won the
claim. The buyer closed the claim stating the dispute was amicably
resolved. Because the buyer is no longer stating the claim is amicably
resolved we have determined you are liable for this chargeback.
