from USCIS, who is notorious for not being 100% reliable...
Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production
On August 12, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number SRCXXX, and
will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/
addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Haven't received email of welcome notice but regardless of the outcome,
wanted to give a shoutout to yoyo as this forum is extremely helpful
Here is the timeline: TSC
PD: 09/26/2012 - EB2
EB2-140 AD: 01/2013
RD: 05/01/2014 - EB3
FP: 06/2014
EB3-140 AD: 12/2014
RFE Email received: 07/21/2015
RFE Mail received: 07/27/2015 (maybe 07/28/2015) - Medical
RFE Mailed: 08/04/2015
RFE RD: 08/05/2015
Card/Doc Production: 08/12/2015
Never had any communication with USCIS myself or through my lawyer, i.e., no
relink or contact with congressman/senator.

核心系统当然是嵌入式系统，Windows笔记本上还能有啥特殊专业软件软件？
就算有专业软件那也是NASA自己写的，以NASA的人力财力，移植自己写的代码到linux
不是小菜一碟？

Update:
Received email of Decision/Welcome Notice about 20mins ago at 10:38pm,
exactly 6 hours later from the earlier email of Card/Doc Production.
On August 12, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed
you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number SRCXXX. Please follow the
instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive
by October 11, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT
processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you
move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

so they didn't really RFE for EVL (employment verification letter)?

I didn't find an officer code in the rfe letter anywhere. The rfe letter was
just electronically signed by Gregory Richardon. Also there was on evl
request even tho that wouldn't have been a problem since I never switched
jobs.
