http://www.wkyc.com/news/article/252052/6/Hudson-Bear-spotted-o HUDSON -- Hudson Police say they have received reports of bear sightings in the area of American Fireworks on Darrow Road. The bear is believed to be headed east on Hudson Aurora Road and on Glen Echo. Authorities say it is the same bear spotted in Streetsboro on July 12. Police say such sighting over the summer months have been common in Hudson the last few years. Wildlife experts say it's normal for male bears to wander more often during the months of May and August looking or new territory and searching for mates. Bears are typically not aggressive. Police, however, say people should not approach the bear and should not allow small pets or children alone outside as a precaution. To avoid attracting bears, ODNR says food and trash cans should be kept indoors until pickup day. Grills should be cleaned after use and bird and animal feeders moved or placed higher. WKYC-TV
