上周末去了一趟，结果bb的人说系统里面没有这个型号，不给我trade in。

SD上说有trick
这么搞也许可以。我还没收到板子。不知道值得去试不。不能trade in就只好放家里接
灰了。
”You have to ask them to process it as a "recycle" if it's not in their
trade-in system.
They must choose Recycle -> Tablet -> Other for the promo to pop up if it's
a tablet that's not in their system. Inexperienced employees may process it
as a generic Recycle -> Electronics (General) recycle item, in which case
the offer will not pop up on their screen. They may also try Recycle ->
Tablet -> and not find the manufacturer and deny your request, so they have
to choose "Other" if it's not in their system.
You still need a serial number and model number for them to type in (needs
some sort of info, even if it's incorrect). If it's not on the device itself
, find it in the settings menu. They need:
Manufacturer,
model,
serial,
your name,
your phone,
your email and
your address to process the recycle.“
