上上周五第二轮电面，然后一直没消息，hr说在等feedback。因为好多人说这样是备胎
的情况，所以我就委婉的抱怨了下，说面试官迟到，所以没给足时间（老印，第一次爽
约，重新安排之后又迟到20分钟并按时结束），说如果feedback不好能不能再给机会。
结果回复：
It looks like you did well on the tech screens and I am trying to confirm
with the team that they would like to schedule an onsite interview. There
has been a delay as the team is working out its headcount for the remainder
of the year so that is what is causing the delay.
Do you have pending offers at this point?
意思是onsite有戏？早知就不着急抱怨了。
(5楼的兄弟说大多数组已经hiring freeze了。。悲剧啊，前阵子还有人说这时间是招
人最多的呢）
