good to have another provider as backup.

localphone allows you to use soft phone or ATA to place calls without any
additional charge. Talk86 will charge you $2/month for this service if you
don't have their monthly plan.
I guess it's personal preference. I like the online management of localphone.

You agree that Localphone can expire any credit that remains unused for a
rolling period of 365 days (if you do not make a call for 365 days the
credit will expire). Such expiration renders the balance non-refundable.

号。个人以为通过PayPal支付还是安全一点。
对不用ata/software phone的，有没有月费没关系，:-)
