前面看到 Two9 showoff... 具体要怎么上？
俺以前就是先上 Primer, 在上油漆。好像很土。。好在是 storage. 就不讲究了。
现在要弄 closet 了。得弄点花样。
现在问题是。。
要用啥样的 Primer?
要用啥样的 Paint? 涂几层？

又读了下那位刷橱柜刷哭了的 Yobi ，忽然想起，是不是俺也得照她那样弄？
刷油漆得7，8 遍，直到刷哭？

你弄的如果不是cabinet grade的hardwood plywood，那连高妹都帮不了你
否则，就像木头一样弄就行了．

这个事情其实可能很tricky
我碰上过，丁版有可能也碰上
就是cabinet grade表面的那场veneer非常非常的薄(不是你看到的那层），你只要去
sand，一般来说就把那层给remove了，虽然摸起来非常的smooth，最近就是没有办法
stain，只能去paint。即使paint，也有讲究
问问秃鹫吧，他可能有其他的好办法

there is plywood that is made to be painted, it has a smooth paper (?)
surface. that said, sand it with new sharp sandpaper, old paper will cut
away the soft part and leave the hard stuff so you see the grain in 3
dimensions when painted. fill the pores of the plywood with a filler.

我现在也是这么想，prime解决，然后刷漆

俺买的是最贵的那个 maple plywood.. $50+, 乒乓给了 $10off 胖子，最后买的是
$42.xx
如果要这么paint, 是不是买差的也行？总之都给paint 盖住了。。
还有，事先请lowes 裁小，边上的 chip 都有3，4 公分长。。奶奶的，不知道怎
么办啊。。

油漆的话，birch plywood is better than Maple，因为Maple 比较密实
我的工序是这样，
1. 不做 edge banding 的话，先用wood filler填上那些空隙
2. sand to 220grit
3. prime and wait for 8hr~24hr depends on weather
4. sand to 220grit util it is felt smooth by hand，and wipe off dust
5. fist coat of paint,then wait for 4~8hr, then sand with 220grit
and then second coat and third coat and sand between coat util no more wood
grains show... to the point is acceptable to you.
我一般是两个 options
1.use high quality brush and high density foam roller
or
2. Wagner airless paint sprayer
这东西得练习一下，也很费漆，也要做些准备工作，还要清洗
至少我是先 primed 好再组装，如果不是先漆好的话。 overhead 很不好漆，还好底面
一般都不是很重要的。
油漆我比较喜欢用 Sherwin-Williams ProClassic，有一定的self-level 功能，平放
这漆的话。
最讨厌油漆活了，呵呵。

还有，　primer 牌子有讲究么？　　油漆大概是水基的。
