我收到个类似风格的奥佛儿。通过Email发来得。每花1000给50statement credit，最
多给两次，100.可以解释为花2000给100.我觉得这就是担心卡主会索要retention
offer索性先下手为强了。

表面上看是比你的好些。网上看到有人要到的retention offer比这个还好。比如花
1000就给100或7000点啥得。
我关心的是，买VGCs能否算有效消费。如果不行，那我也难于用到这个offer了。
