1年了，brace迟迟不装，孩子的牙齿以前有空间，矫正起来相对容易。
现在长得上下错位挤在一起，怕是要花更多的钱。
想把我留住，价钱给打折，最后又收原价。
经理已经不回电邮电话了。
1年的时间，除了孩子牙齿长得更歪了，没有任何进展。
具体不说了，请问哪里可以向他们的主管机构complain ?

one place you might be able to complain to is the office that issues Dental
Licenses. In some states, it is the Attorney General's office.
