递485时得有工作。

那我在离职前140和485一起递交，估计离职前140批下来问题不大。那么离职后可以在
美国合法居留等485吗？

可以.但485有可能RFE要求提供工作证明。

现在我想到两个办法，
1）提交485的时候一起申EAD，拿到EAD后立即找工作；
2）我现在H1-B到明年10月底到期，我可不可以跟现老板商量即使离职后，帮我办个停
薪留职，在这其间如果实在没有找到下一家，又碰到485 REF的话，只要在H1-B 有效期
内，可不可以再回去干一两个月，等到485搞定。这个办法虽然WS 点，也算没办法的办
法。
不知众位觉得怎么样？

不WS，最好的就是第一个办法，第二个只要你搞得定老板当然没问题。
