Call first.
Visa, MC, Amex have their own department or agent handle the extend warranty
claim.
Usually they need manufacture warranty document, credit card statement to
prove that you pay this that credit card in full, repair cost quoted by
manufacture.
Some may ask you pay first then they reimburse. Some may just need the quote
