有的意见是现在io根本不看推荐信
但作为一个普通人，推己及人，我觉得同样一封合格的推荐信（言之有物）来自名气大
的人/机构会更有用
注意不要把牛人的文章引用等具体数字列在信里，io可能会拿来和被推荐人比较，这在
aao判例里是明确发生过的

引用过文章是写推荐信的一个重要切入点，如果没有这个，要从别的角度考虑，保证推
荐信不空洞

关键看他的推荐信是为了说明你什么？比如，他可以说你的一个award在业界的分量，
那这个绝对加分，他是行家说的话必然比一般人有份量。如果说明你工作牛逼，但他没
