早上在Sears买了一台电视，checkout的时候有看到You will earn 41,000 points to
use later.下完单后我只看到6,856 points，而不是41,000 points。
请问少的34,144 points就是pending points吗？这要如何查？如果少给了是需要打电
话要吗？

有时候付多少钱会影响points多少！
有的coupon是要oop多少才会送点
但是下单那页会显示有送
最后confirmation那页写的才是真的送多少点

谢谢,mail里只有show 6856 points,但我checkout时的41,000
points我有用printscreen copy下来，但Sears说他们不honor，
我是选in store pickup的,昨天就已经去店里pickup了,但points还
;是一样，打了电话问Sears，他们说我在
check out page看到的是estimated points,那是不准的,要看收到order confirmation
里写的points才准,这样不是很奇怪吗?就是你看到的跟收到
的不同,这根本就不合理呀

同样点数少了，上一单应该得到40.2刀的点数，结果账户显示0，昨天打电话，对方说
因为我redeem了ponts，最终只要回facebook的10刀。上次买的东西本来就是为了滚点
，place order时也显示能拿回点数，结果被坑了，早知道不下这一单了，早早把点数
用完算了，不再搞SYW了。

就自认倒霉了

怎么这么乱，我刚刚下了一单，是20off20，order那个页面显示可以拿20刀的点数，不
知道过几天会不会出现，看来就是screencapture也没有用啊。
你太烦心了，没有这个点数，从来都懒得去他们网站买东西的。

的点数没给，只给了fb 的10刀点数。
难道也要不回来了？我的confirmation页面显示的是给41刀的points呢

我上次就是你这种情况，反正没要回来。但是我觉得你可以试试，万一遇到好客服也是
可能要回来的，我是折腾了一个月，后来自己烦了，懒得再找他们。

If your screen print is before you hit "order" button or right after that,
it should show the same points as your order confirmation.
I only screen print the page after I submit the order, which has the order
number and bonus points. If the confirmation email shows a different number
from the screen print, I will have a solid argument for this order. However,
as said above, my orders alway have these two numbers the same.

Is your screen print the final page of your checkout (payment method filled)
or after checkout? I doubt it.

sears kmart真的是太黑了。
kmart数次cancel我的store pick up order，然后points也没有回来。给我的coupon
apply了很多都没有兑现points。准备把我现有的points用了，再也不去他家买东西了
。

其实可以寄email给shopyourway客服
先跟sears live chat确定coupon有applied,然后他会跟你说7~10 business day会入账
然后把对话内容一起寄去给shopyourway email
最后就看运气了,有的很快就帮你加点了！！！
