Is your wife a F-1 student? I think it is the I-20 Form for your son(should be
a F2 visa).
I have the same situation as your in this Match, my parents and my son get the
visa in Beijing and they also get a sealed letter, and they are asked to show
the letter to the customer officer whey they enter USA. My parents and my son
are here right now, there is not any problem for them to enter USA.
