My friend has installed win98se, and want to install nt4.0
now on his harddisk. He used partition magic to convert a
portion of his harddisk into fat16 and then format it. Then
restart with nt startdisk, then his hardisk fails at
starting stage. Anybody can help?

1. Bios has an option to disable the install of OS.
It's an very old problem.
2. He can setup WinNT in explorer of Win98, which
is much quick and safe
3. To install NT4.0, there must some FAT16 or NTFS
in the area of first 4.0GB, which is the NT4.0
setup requirment.
