使用学校的软件，分别是putty和x-win32。
putty用来login，x-win32让我在WONDOWS下
使用X中的图形界面，如emacs等。
现在的问题是我可以log onto学校的系统，并使用
图形界面。但是当我想ssh到实验室的LINUX机器，
并把DISPLAY设成我机器的IP：0.0，
就说cannot connect to X server。
请问如何设制？如何写.cshrc，谢谢。

xwin32 doesn't support ssh.
putty's ssh doesn't support X.
You are screwed.

也许我没说清楚，学校设制好的一套规距。
先运行X-WIN32，然后是使用putty，login之后，
运行emacs &;windows下就会出现emacs窗口了。
现在的问题是我logon在学校的公共server上时，
我可以工作。但当从公共server上ssh到实验室机器
时，就没办法使用了。

That is a problem I had before as well.
I don't think you can configure your lab machine to open window
through public server on your x-win32 server.

One step back :
Are you sure you have set 'DISPLAY' variable correctly?

The problem is that I am using a cable modem to connect.
I was assigned an IP, and the server of company has an IP too.
I set the DISPLAY to my IP and it worked well when I logged onto school's
server.
(say I use putty to logon, my machine--cable company's server--school's server)
But when I try to ssh from the school server to lab's machine, it told me that
it didn't support x system. I really don't know why.
If I try to ssh from my machine to lab's machine, same message showed up.

You need to set your x host first.
Go to x-win32 configuration, click security, then add your host(the machine
you logon).
Logon use putty or SecureCRT, setenv DISPLAY yourip:0.0. It should work.
