刚重装过, 现在norton antivirus不停的检查出病毒, 也不知道哪儿出错了

one possible reason: hacked by somebody and installed with an
ftp/irc server. i just help a friend to clean his system this
week.

how to figure out one purter is hacked, say, always uploading
files? Is there any software helping one do that?

install "Microsoft Network Monitoring Tools", at least you will know what data
is sent to where roughly.
Then search goole for the possible vicious source.
