正在准备485递交材料 已经给律师提供了国内的4页纸的出生公证
但是律师说提供的出生公证不是copies of original birth certificates,
registered within one (1) year of birth, including full name (no
abbreviations), parents' full names (no abbreviations), date of birth and
place of birth. 强烈建议要求提交birth affidavits以及other secondary evidence
of your date of birth (Foreign Driver's License, early medical records,
early education records, ID Cards, etc).
请教各位大神，有人提供过吗？
那个birth affidavit需要witness/notary，是随便找个witness签个字就行了还是说得
找公证处？这种非standard的文件，公证处会提供公证吗？
还有那个other secondary evidence of your date of birth有人提供过吗？已经有了
护照和出生公证为啥还会要求这个呢？即便可以提供也都是中文的或者有的已经过期了
。。。也需要去单独做翻译/公证吗？
