I guess the rise of silver is because MM is bullish on US/world economy. If
silver continue to rise and SPY continue to drop, then we should plan to
long SPY.

Nah. It's purely b/c silver price is manipulated via a Ponzi scheme and
now it's going bust with more and more people taking physical delivery.
Goddamn it, I should have ordered some more maple leaves last month.

why do you want to short silver when it has break out of 20?
I would stay away, be careful. It could go to 25 in short order.
