what do you mean evil?
Today I emailed to a Chinese 'Doctor' and asked the lowest price
he could go.
he told me '$50'.
but later I bid on his ebay $30 and won.
why not just sell me directly at $30?
I knew that $30 was actually their acceptable price and a little bit
higher than their bottom price.
