I received margin call
but the stock in my account was halted and no idea when will the trading be
resumed
I have no money to put into my account
what can I do under this situation?
will the broker sell my stock? can the broker do that while the stock halted?

Don't worry. Why do you worry?
If there is no other things in your account to liquidate, they will
wait until the trading is resumed.
