went to uscis office this morning to check on my case status. I found the
security helpful. there were 2 guards outside who guided me in which was a
smooth process.
The Chinese lady at counter 10 called my number. After our initial greetings
she looked up my case. She said to wait for 20 minutes. after 20 minutes
she called me back. she explained how she actually emailed the officer
looking at my case in one of the service centers and did some emails back
and forth to make sure my case is processed.
I was amazed by the extra mile she went for me. Within 10 minutes my
application was approved and i got an email about my case. woohoo. I might
take some flowers if i visit them next time
