business profitable and a better brand, which will make bing better
2) get a big piece of China online market with 43% on ALIBABA (value by
private equity as 31b), 43% of 31B is around 13B.
3) YAHOO japan is worth around 7B
YHOO market cap is 17B, let us say MSFT pay 25B for it, excluding its asian
asset, MSFT is only paying 5B for the whole YHOO business.
