Tried to explain theSoftbank's S purchase.# Stock

If you own 1000 shares, said you purchased for 5.69 today,
so your cost is around 5,700.00
According to the agreement, 55% of your share will be purchased for 7.30/
sahre, so 550 * 7.3 = 4,015 will be the money your receive from Softbank,
You still have 450 shares.
After the purchase and cash infusion, softbank will own 70% of the new
company.
Currently, there are 3 billion shares outstanding, so after the purchase,
there will be 1.35 billion shares outstanding.
If you value the new company at 20 billion dollar, then your share will be
worth 20 * 0.3/13.5 = 4.44/share, so
your share will be worth 450 * 4.4 + 4015 = 6,000 roughly $6/share, so it
all depends how you value the new company.

Sorry, too busy day trading stocks today.
Personally, I think you should be fine. Since the new company will get 8
billion dollar cash from soft bank. So 20 billion valuation for the new
company is not out of the line.

A big "if" is the 55%:45% split -- the ratio depends on the "New S" price.
55:45 is assuming NewS is worth 33bln ($7.33 per share) and SB takes 70% of
it with 20.1bln (per share cost $6.33)
If the NewS is worth 30.4bln ($6.72) as today's close indicates, then it's
going to be a 60:40 split, and SB takes 73% of the new company with 20.1bln
(per share cost $6.05)
