我觉得现在就算空仓也不要进了，大盘短期内到顶了，不看好接下来几天。

I am full of gld, and lose to index for a long time
except some good option strategy on aapl.
but still losing money on fas bear puts
but I sold the protective puts already.

股市涨跌和期货关系不大，可以试试GLD或JO
