ERF has half oil/liquid and half natural gas in its production
to me, its more of a gas play
with the low natural gas price in NA and WTI at a big discount against Brent
domestic oil/gas play should be focused on downstream

tax issues as MLPs are different from regualar stocks.
for upstream, international producers who can get brent pricing are

样样都好的股票是没钱图的．好的股票是在人们的怀疑声中慢慢涨起来的．BAC , AIG,
去年都是．今年人人看好BAC , 我只能走了。
怀疑CHK 的人也不少．是同样的理由．等天然气涨了，人人看好时．我再把我的CHK 买
