宝宝快5个月了，最近发现自己的母乳越来越稀了，和以前比，就像全脂和脱脂牛奶的差别。
是不是因为母乳里的脂类成分少了？
以前看过一个网站说，母乳里的脂类对于宝宝的大脑发育很重要。那是不是说我的母乳
现在的营养价值已经不高了，是不是该改吃配方奶了阿？
有没有jms和我有一样的感觉？有没有什么办法让奶再厚起来？

Yes. My breast milk started to get lean after 5 months. Part of the reason
is due to the hormone level decrease on your body. Another reason probably
because you lose some weight so the less fat.
It should be fine as your baby's weight does not grow as fast as he/she used to. As long as he/she gains weight ok, don't worry. At the same time you may add some fatty solid to the baby's diet, such as avocado which contains a lot of fat.

母乳越来越稀，是为了适应宝宝的发育。初期需要大量的脂肪，
之后需要大量的蛋白质。而你的母乳能适应这个变化。挺好的。

谢谢，你这么说，让我感觉好多了。因为母乳稀，这两天一直郁闷着呢。
