Buyback is a signal that the INSIDER believes that the company's stock is un
der-valued
So it is usually NOT wise to bet against INSIDER's view since you did NOT ha

起码给个统计数据吧，有多大比例buyback 是赚的？

In my opinion, this inability will make some institution sell more.
only a short term solution to stablize share price.
Not good for future unless it has big plans later.

I think it means don't know how to utilize the cash to invest in company
itself so that they have no choice but buying stocks back.

The bottom line is that investors including "institution" investors did NOT
know what "big plan" the AAPL management will have later. Only they know.
So bet against them is just to blindly say : I don't believe you will make m
oney whatever you will be doing. This could work sometimes since anythi
ng is possible. But it does not seem to be wise to me. :)
