Ever heard non-last qualifying trades? They are outside the regular trading,
so you see on the chart is not actually happening on the Exchange. that's
why your order was not executed.

Two weeks ago, I entered a sell at market price. My stock was sold below the
current bid price and I noticed within about 1 hour the lowest price is
still higher than my transaction price. I really don't understand what
happened but I am too lazy to ask my broker since my price was still higher
than the close price of that day. The stock soared from next day.
