The securities of Genetic Technologies Limited (the Company) will be placed
in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the
release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the
securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of
the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 10 March 2015 or when the
announcement is released to the market.
I believe they are trying to bring in additional funds from private
investors based on emergency meeting from today. I have a feeling the
investor going to be either JP Morgan or similar to JP Morgan.

Someone said that the trade is halted for raising fund. They decided to
bring in private investors.
