is considered mail fraud federal crime.
If you do this too many, you would be end in jail.
If you just do a few and give away to friend, no body cares.
But if sell on ebay/flea market and get caught, you could be in big trouble.
有功夫搞点deal 随便都可以 50-100 的一天。。 比卖奶票容易多了。
