hmm. "I gotta go" is the closest literal equivalent but is not exactly
appropriate for you to say it to your boss, unless, you are really running
to work on something urgent.
Typically you'd wrap up with a summary of the discussions, particularly the
decisions and your to-dos, and say, "see ya", "have a good afternoon", "bye"
. etc.
Don't try to translate literally when it comes to these daily expressions.
You seldom greet someone with a direct translation of 你吃了么, don't you.
But that's perfect fine in Chinese culture.
