PhD in Engineering, Technology, Science, Robotics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
4+ years of relevant industry or academic research experience in developing dynamical models of real robotic systems for use in realistic simulations.
Understanding of model-based control.
Experience designing and/or conducting experiments to valid models.
Experience with numerical optimization for robotics and simulation.
2+ years of development experience in C++ and Python.
Experience turning scientific results into mature production code.
Experience leading and/or mentoring junior scientists.
