Manager/Officer - Business Development, EMBA (at the rank of Executive Officer/Clerk I) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility to renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.

 Full time

• Developing business relationships with external parties to seek promotional opportunities for the programme;

  
  

• Planning and implementing admissions events and marketing campaigns to boost recruitment;
  

  
  

• Supervising the end-to-end candidate recruitment and admissions processes such as application review and processing, interview arrangement, database management and providing regular reports on admission data;

  
  

• Developing content and managing social media platforms when required;

  
  

• Performing other duties as assigned. 

• Possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ work experience in the tertiary education sector, preferably in the field of business development, admissions, or event management;

  
  

• Possess outstanding marketing and business development skills；
  

  
  

• Great organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;

  
  

• Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently in a team, and to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines; and be mature, detail-oriented, self-motivated and results-driven;

  
  

• An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);

  
  

• Be proficient in using Photoshop and MS office applications, and be familiar with social media platforms.

  
  

• Relevant experience in the marketing and admissions functions for EMBA, DBA, or other executive education programmes would be highly preferred;

  
  

• Knowledge of the business education market in China would be an advantage. 

  
  

• Those with less experience may be appointed as Officer;

1. 无需联考，面试入学；

2. 最少具有8年（管理）工作经验；

3. 持有香港大学认可之本科学士学位，或同等学历。
