费那奇动画周，是一场基于作者视角的动画之旅，是探索诗性与灵感的动画展映，是与观众共筑的精神家园。

动画周的组委会由多位活跃于世界动画舞台上的动画创作者组成。我们将从全世界搜集最优秀的动画作品，让动画的“小小世界”被大家的目光照亮。四年来，费那奇动画周已成为动画创作者和动画爱好者的聚集地，为越来越多的青年导演带来了向观众们展示自己的机会，也进一步促进了中国动画在国际专业领域内的交流。

今年，我们仍将延续前四届活动的宗旨：力求以最优方式呈现动画作品，为观众带来最具奇思妙想的灵感盛宴。我们希望费那奇动画周能成为一处作者与观众共建的驿站，共同在这里驻足，不随波逐流的创作理想和努力都将得到尊重。

6月1日起至8月1日，费那奇动画周的竞赛单元面向全社会征集优秀的动画作品。无论你是专业还是业余，无论你是在校生、留学生，还是已经工作，只要你相信自己的动画才能，就请火速投递你的作品！

今年，费那奇动画周提前了报名的截止日期，意在给予初审评委们更充分的时间仔细观看每一部作品。我们还调整了奖项设置，让短片竞赛单元的结果更加充满悬念。此外，我们将延续往届活动的儿童动画奖、MV大奖和委托创作类作品奖的评选，欢迎国内外优秀的儿童动画、音乐动画、商业动画广告、科教动画、公益动画等相关类别的作品报名参赛。

作品征集

2023年6月1日-8月1日

一、参赛条件

本竞赛无须报名费。

2021年11月之后完成的动画短片作品（60分钟以下）可以参赛。

曾报名参加过往届费那奇动画周的作品不得重复参赛。

非英语对白的参赛作品需添加内嵌的英文字幕。

二、报名材料

每个作品应单独报名，单独填写报名表。

报名邮件中需提交的资料列表：

1. 影片文件的下载链接（MOV或MP4格式，请压缩至1GB以下），或者有密码保护的线上播放链接

2. 完整填写并签字的报名表

3. 一张导演照片（300dpi）

4. 三张作品静帧图片（300dpi）

5. （非必须）一张作品海报（300dpi）

6. （非必须）作品的预告片（MOV或MP4格式）

三、技术要求

参加初审的影片文件格式：MOV或MP4（请压缩至1GB以下）

如果作品入围，需要提供高清播放文件：MOV（编码：H.264 或 ProRes422，全高清分辨率，立体声，暂不接受DCP文件）

四、评选和颁奖规则

初审评委会由动画及相关艺术领域专家和费那奇动画周组委会成员组成，初审评委会负责选定入围影片以及组织各竞赛单元、平行单元放映片目。

初审结果将于2023年9月在“费那奇动画周”微信公众号和“费那奇动画周官方Facebook账号”公布。

终审评委由费那奇动画周组委会邀请的专家组成，终审评委将决定最终的评审结果，获奖名单将在费那奇动画周·2023闭幕式上公布。

五、奖项设置

大奖 1名

奖金5000元人民币，短片竞赛单元所有作品中的最佳作品。

费那奇奖 1名

奖金5000元人民币，短片竞赛单元中的最佳中国作品。

* 中国作品须满足以下至少一个条件：

1. 导演或其中一位联合导演是中国国籍

2. 作品的制片国家中包含中国

学生作品奖 1名

奖金3000元人民币，短片竞赛单元中的最佳学生作品。

MV大奖 1名

MV竞赛单元作品中的最佳作品。

委托创作类作品奖 1名

委托创作类作品竞赛单元中的最佳作品。

儿童动画奖 1名

全家场单元中的最佳儿童动画作品，由全家场观众现场投票选出。

短片竞赛评委特别提名 3名

短片竞赛单元每位终审评委的个人提名作品。

费那奇奖评委特别提名 3名

短片竞赛单元每位终审评委个人提名的中国作品。

六、作品授权

对于侵犯他人著作权的作品，费那奇动画周组委会有权取消其参赛资格。

费那奇动画周组委会有权使用参赛作品的所有图片、文字资料和不超过总长度10％的影片片段，用于费那奇动画周·2023的宣传推广。

竞赛入围作品将在费那奇动画周·2023活动中放映。活动期间内的放映，费那奇动画周组委会无需支付参赛作品放映授权费。

Feinaki 2023 Beijing Animation Week

Call for Entry

1st June - 1st August 2023

Submission Eligibility

No submission fee is required.

Submitted animated films need to be made after Nov. 2021, less than 60 minutes.

Works that have already submitted for previous Feinaki Beijing Animation Week cannot be accepted.

Non-English language films must have English subtitles.

Submission Requirements

Each film should be submitted individually with its own entry form.

Every submitted film should include the following materials:

1. The download link of the film file (MOV or MP4 format, please compress to less than 1GB), or a password-protected online preview link

2. Completed and signed entry form

3. A profile picture of the director (300dpi)

4. 3 screen shots of the film (300dpi)

5. (Optional) 1 poster of the film (300dpi)

6. (Optional) Trailer of the film (MOV or MP4)

Technical Requirements

Submitted file needs to be in MOV or MP4 format (please compress to less than 1GB).

If the submitted film is officially selected for animation week screening, an HD version of the film needs to be provided in MOV format (Codec: H.264 or ProRes422, Full HD Resolution, Stereo Sound, DCP file is currently not supported)

Selection Process and Awarding Rules

The official selection decision will be made by Feinaki 2023 Beijing Animation Week Preliminary Selection Committee, which consists of both specialists in the field of animation and related art and members of the Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Organizing Committee. The Preliminary Selection Committee is also responsible for organizing screenings of Competition Programs and Panorama Special Selection.

The official selection results will be announced on our official Wechat account "费那奇动画周" (FeinakiAnimationWeek) and Feinaki Beijing Animation Week official Facebook account (@FeinakiBeijing) in September 2023.

The board of Final Juries is composed of international animation experts invited by Feinaki 2023 Beijing Animation Week Committee. Awarding decisions will be made by the board of Final Juries. The list of winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of Feinaki 2023 Beijing Animation Week.

5000 RMB, 1 best film in short film competition program

Feinaki Award

5000 RMB, 1 best Chinese film in short film competition program

*Chinese film must meet at least one of the following conditions:

The nationality of the director or one of the co-directors is Chinese

The production country of the film includes China

Student Award

3000 RMB, 1 best student film in short film competition program

MV Award

1 best film in MV competition program

Commissioned Animation Award

1 best film in commissioned animation competition program

Children's Animation Award

1 best children’s animation in short film competition program, voted by audiences of family films program

Jury's Special Nomination for Short Film Competition

3 special nominations at the discretion of each jury, for films in short film competition program

Jury's Special Nomination for Feinaki Award

3 special nominations at the discretion of each jury, for Chinese films in short film competition program.

Festival Authorization

All submitted materials for the competition program need to be authorized by the copy rights holder.

For works that infringe on the copyrights of others, the Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Organizing Committee has the right to disqualify them from participating.

Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Organizing Committee has the right to use all materials related to the submission as well as a film excerpt up to 10 percent of the total length of the film for promotional purposes.

The films which selected in competition program will be screened at Feinaki 2023 Beijing Animation Week. Feinaki Beijing Animation Week Committee does not need to pay the screening fee for the entries during the festival.
