The Data Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights to the business, which will be used to make strategic decisions. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day data analysis and report creation for the department, as well as providing analyses for internal stakeholders across the company. The Data Analyst will also help train new analysts and interns.
岗位职责
Research, analyse, and present data to internal stakeholders across the company.
Analyse customer data and provide insights that inform key decision making.
Create reports and dashboards for business metrics related to customer experience, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency.
