解读——

1.科技合伙人拥有核心的科技成果、领先的创新资源、高校院所资源或其他独特的创新创业资源，但缺少商业团队和转化团队

2.科技合伙人对相关技术和新产品有深刻理解，具备强烈的转化意愿及合作精神；

3.科技合伙人可以通过技术入股等多种方式与优秀的创业者、投资机构组建创新团队，推动技术变革和产品创新。

1.创业合伙人需要与科学家、投资机构等组建新项目平台，让科学家专注于技术和产品研发，合伙人需要引领团队实现产品商业化和产业化，制定并执行新项目整体战略，推动技术和商业的融合；

2.制定发展项目落地战略和经营计划，建立和完善平台绩效管理、激励体现、股权激励等，形成与战略规划目标相匹配的激励制度，并负责推进计划、方案的执行和实施；
3.打造追求极致、高效、积极向上和国际化的企业文化。

The National Torch Academy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Requirements

1. Owning core scientific and technological achievements, valuable innovation resources, academic resources or other unique innovation and entrepreneurship resources, but lack a business team or transformation team;

2. Having a deep understanding of relevant technologies and new products, and having a strong will to commercialize the product with team work;

3. Capable of teaming up with entrepreneurs and investment institutions to push for technological change and product innovation through technology investment and other ways.

We need

Outstanding entrepreneurs with expertise in capital management and market operation, with rich successful start-up experience, or with an international perspective and a deep understanding of the integration of technology and business.

Requirements

1.Capable of setting up a new project platform alongside scientists and investment institutions, with the scientists focusing on the research and development of technology and product, while the venture partners leading the team to realize product commercialization and industrialization, developing and implementing the overall strategy of new projects, and promoting  the integration of technology and business;

2. Setting product commercialization strategies and business plans for development projects, establishing and improving platform performance management and incentive plans to match the strategic objectives, such as equity incentives, and be responsible for promoting the implementation of plans;

3. Developing an enterprise culture that pursues perfection, efficiency, vigor with an international view. 

No.3: Industrial base operating partner

We need

Partners with outstanding government, market and capital operation capabilities, as well as profound international resources, good strategic cooperative relations with industrial base areas, and actively participates in industrial ecology cooperation to promote the development of the base.

Requirements

1. Having experience in technology industry operation, be familiar with the emerging technology field and having profound insight into the development trend of the technology industry;

2. Leading and promoting the overall operation of the new industrial base, establishing a good strategic cooperative relationship with the local area, developing and implementing the operation model of the new industrial base, participating in the innovation project of building a global industrial base, and promoting the industrial landing;

3. Strong ability in capital operation, be able to raise funds effectively and establish close relationship with investors; Having a deep understanding of the integration of technology and business with an international perspective and strong business acumen.
